The LeTort Trust Foundation

Established in 2011, the LeTort Trust Foundation was created to formalize what has always been central to who we are – a deep commitment to the communities we serve. For generations, our clients have placed their trust in us, and The LeTort Trust Foundation is one meaningful way we honor that trust. By promoting financial education and investing in the broader needs of our communities, we strive to make a meaningful, lasting impact beyond the work we do each day.

Giving back to our community is not just something we do, it’s an important part of who we are. We can’t think of a more appropriate way to say thank you than by giving back.

Our mission is to provide financial literacy and educational opportunities for the youth of the communities we serve. In addition, we work to support the general needs of many non-profit organizations in the Central Pennsylvania area.

We have made a commitment to give at least 5% of LeTort Trust annual profits through the foundation to the community at large. Since establishment in 2011, the LeTort Trust Foundation has supported local non-profit initiatives/organizations with direct gifts of more than $1,500,000.

25 Give Backs for 25 Years!

Throughout 2026 and 2027 the LeTort team is completing 25 give backs to our communities in honor of our upcoming 25th business anniversary in 2027.

Organizations We Support

Our Impact

Pennsylvania Free Enterprise Week (PFEW)

The team proudly presented their annual donation in support of Pennsylvania Free Enterprise Week (PFEW). In 2025, our donation gave 21 students the chance to attend PFEW’s summer program. Over the past 14 years, we’ve helped 344 students from across Pennsylvania gain hands-on experience in business and entrepreneurship.

United Way of the Capital Region

The team participated in the United Way “Stuff the Bus” signature project to collect school supplies for school readiness programs which prepares children for kindergarten.

Central PA Food Bank

When the government shutdown in October 2025 and SNAP benefits were halted, the LeTort Trust Foundation stepped up with a special $25,000 donation. We were humbled to learn that our donation covered the cost of 100,000 meals. And, specifically, it allowed them to partner with a local farm to provide fresh chickens to families in need.

Junior Achievement of South Central PA

The LeTort team proudly presented their annual donation to Junior Achievement of South Central PA, an organization dedicated to empowering young people with the financial skills and knowledge they need to be successful after high school.
